Are you tired of your wooden or vinyl kitchen? Do you want to modernise your dated kitchen but you’re worried about the hassle and expense? Let Paintworks NI take the stress out of refurbishment and give the hub of your home the makeover it deserves.
2020 has seen many additions to Paintworks NI’s remarkable portfolio of kitchen refurbishments and re-sprays. Here, the team explain how the process works.
“Your kitchen refurbishment project begins with an initial consultation with a Paintworks NI professional, to discuss your specific needs, colour schemes, and to offer helpful advice and reassurance.
On beginning the project, the team remove all kitchen doors and drawer fronts, which are transported to the Paintworks NI spray booth, for minimal disruption to your home. The kitchen carcass is prepared and sprayed in situ. We create an onsite spray booth using only the best products – plastic and paper sheeting, professional quality tapes and hard floor protectors.
Acid-cat lacquer, mixed in any colour to the client’s specification, is sprayed to achieve a flawless, (brush-mark free) finish. The product we use is the best on the market – it’s extremely durable – ideal for purpose. Kitchen turnover times vary depending on the size and condition of the kitchen, however completion can be achieved in as little as five days.”
Not only will Paintworks NI carry out the re-spray, they also accommodate modifications to the layout of the client’s existing kitchen, and facilitate the housing of new appliances. Paintworks NI use professional subcontractors to carry out plumbing and electrical works, so clients can feel safe in the knowledge that all areas of the project are carried out by experts.
“Following a very informative and encouraging initial meeting with Gerard in respect of what could be achieved in our wish to transform our present kitchen, we had no hesitation in employing Paintworks NI. Gerard and his team recently took over the kitchen, removing old tiles, dealing with the electrics and re-plastering whilst the present kitchen was dismantled in part for removal and re-spray. Within a very acceptable time frame the kitchen was totally refurbished, with a colour of our choice, some alterations in respect of layout resulting in a very high quality modern kitchen at a most acceptable cost. The ‘eye for detail’ was most noticeable as work progressed, together with a daily up-date on progress which was always reassuring for the client. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would have no hesitation in recommending Paintworks NI for any intended project and would be willing to speak with any potential customer.” – Mr & Mrs Baron, Newtownards.
